Palm Desert Pilates is the Coachella Valley's exclusive authorized training center for Balanced Body Education since 2008. Classes are small to insure that you have the time to practice and understand the Pilates exercises and principles. All classes are held on weekends. Balanced Body Reformer 3 will be held April 11-12,  Reformer 1 May 2-3 2026.
