Pilates is a whole body workout with emphasis on breath, proper form and efficient movement patterns. Pilates strengthens the core, improves posture, flexibility, balance and coordination. When done correctly the exercises are safe for all ages and fitness levels.
Palm Desert Pilates studio offers a more traditional approach to Pilates. You will learn the principles of this work developed by Joseph Pilates and how to use all the equipment he created. The goal of this studio is to give you a deeper understanding of your body and how you can keep it moving safely using this unique exercise program.
Private and group classes are available. Group classes are small - six maximum. All classes are by appointment only. Please call the studio to schedule.
